Modified Cassava Flour (MOCAF)

MOCAF is Modified Cassava Flour through out process of fermentation,drying,
crushing and screening then the aroma will dissapear.

Benefits of MOCAF :
- soluble fiber more higher than cassava/tapioca flour.
- calcium contents of MOCAF more higher (58%) than paddy (6%) and wheat (16).
- the absorbs of MOCAF more higher than tapioca
- have similary develop with wheat type II.
